Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for events organised by Project AASAAN.
Event Registration
Registration for events may be free or paid, as clearly mentioned on the respective event page. Once a registration is successfully completed, it is considered confirmed unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation by Participant
For paid events, cancellation requests must be made before the event start date. Requests received after the event has started will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only when an event is cancelled by Project AASAAN or when explicitly mentioned on the event registration page. In all other cases, registration fees are non-refundable.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If Project AASAAN cancels or reschedules an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be informed. In such cases, participants may be offered a refund or an alternative option, at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of registration via a secure payment gateway such as Razorpay. Refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Transaction Fees
Any payment gateway or transaction charges levied during the payment process are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Policy Updates
